Here are a few last-minute resources as you get ready to vote. In my bulletin column, I share an overall perspective. I mentioned on Shabbat a thoughtful piece about faith and the election
written by Rev. Jim Wallis, a DC-based Protestant minister who is an
inclusive voice about how faith can inform our political engagement.
It could easily have been written in a Jewish voice.

have asked me about the two presidential candidates and Israel. I have
said that both of them are solidly pro-Israel. McCain has long been
known for this, and Obama has enjoyed support from the Jewish community
in Chicago since his run for the Senate. Here are a few things to back
